Booking your stay at Escape@3310 is simple. Whether you're travelling for business, leisure, or a family visit, we're ready to welcome you. Follow our simple Booking process below:

Search Availability

Use our booking search form to select your preferred check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests. Click Search to view available accommodation options.

Choose Your Accommodation

Browse the available units and select the one that best suits your needs. Click Book Now or Reserve to proceed.

Complete Your Booking Details

Fill in your personal information, including: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Guest Details,

Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your booking.

Review Your Reservation

Check your booking details carefully, including: Accommodation selected, Dates of stay, Number of guests & Total amount payable.

Confirm Your Booking Request

Submit your booking request through our secure booking system.

Receive Your Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

Your Booking Reference Number
Booking Summary
Payment Instructions

Make Payment via EFT or Choose Pay on Arrival Method

Use the banking details provided in your confirmation email to make payment.

Important: Please use your Booking Reference Number as the payment reference.

Send Proof of Payment

Once payment has been made, email your proof of payment to: admin@escapeat3310.co.za or send a Whatsapp to 061 456 4528. If you chose "Pay on Arrival" option, you will get an email confirming your booking.

Booking Confirmation & Check In

After payment has been verified, we will send you a final confirmation email confirming that your reservation has been secured. Arrive on your check-in date and enjoy a comfortable stay at Escape@3310.
